Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS  

We do not currently accept returns. However, we do appreciate your business and if there is any issue or concern, please do not hesitate to reach out to Jason@crystalriches.net

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

We may offer an exchange on a case-by-case basis. If you need help with an exchange or have further questions about our policies, send us an email at Jason@crystalriches.net

In the case that we do accept a return or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
